WELCOME TO BIOINFORMATICS CENTER OF BTISnet- MCC

                                        Madras Christian College is one of the oldest Institutions of India, having completed 170 years. The College has been accredited A+ by NAAC and the Dept. of Zoology is recognized as a DST-FIST sponsored Department.

                                        The Bioinformatics Division of the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India has granted Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility  to Madras Christian College for the promotion of Biology teaching through Bioinformatics (BTBI) scheme of BTISnet”. It must also be noted that MCC is one among the 52 Institutions of the Country to receive this facility of which 6 are Colleges and the rest are Universities. The facility is to be made use by all Life Sciences Departments of the College.
